The new Boxster is based on a concept that originated more than 50 years ago with the Porsche 356 No. 1 and developed through the 550 Spyder. The goal during development was to retain all the key elements of the original idea and to create a roadster in its purest form. As a result, each detail is directly based on three primary qualities: power, agility and pure driving pleasure.
